Go to 2fa.my paste the Base32 secret code from the last line into the site. It will generate a 6-digit code immediately below, which you can use to log in to your account.

Warning:
Please do not change your account’s old email address or username. You can set a new email address without deleting the old one from your account. Do not disable two-factor authentication. Otherwise, the warranty will become invalid.
